Questions

What happens to my printed codes if I cancel?

Everything keeps working for 30 days after your plan ends. After that, dynamic codes pause and show a “resting” page until you subscribe again; static website codes and one Digital Business Card keep working on the free plan. Nothing is deleted, so resubscribing turns your codes back on right away.

What’s the difference between a seat and a Digital Business Card?

A seat is a teammate who can sign in to your Dojo. Digital Business Cards are shared by the whole workspace, so a team of 5 can make cards for 10 people.

Can I switch plans or billing periods later?

Yes. Changes take effect right away and are prorated, so you only pay the difference.

What happens if I remove an add-on?

It stops right away, and the unused time becomes account credit that comes off your next bill automatically. Credit isn’t refunded to your card; contact us if you need a refund instead.

Can I turn my personal account into a team?

Yes. Convert it to a Dojo from Settings and your codes, cards and analytics come with you.
